The method of 369
The model is a holistic framework for a fulfilled life, including everything real life is made of: body and mind, relationships and creativity, work and rest, contribution, and the way we move through change.
It draws inspiration from the spirit of ikigai, a Japanese concept often described as what brings value and joy to life — a personal sense of “there is a reason for being.”
Our model stays closer to lived reality: meaning grows through rhythm, practice, and collective experience — day by day.
