10 min — Arrive
20 min — Talking Stick
A guided check-in round with a simple online talking stick practice.
At the beginning, we count through the circle so everyone knows their place in the order and who speaks before and after them.
Each person has up to 5 minutes to share.
When one person is complete, they symbolically pass the stick by raising their hand to the camera.
Once the hand is seen, the circle softly closes that share together with “Aho”, and the next person begins.
This creates a calm rhythm, clear transitions, and a shared sense of witnessing.
20 min — 2030: I am right there
A shared reflection on vision, direction, and the life you want to grow into.
If you imagine yourself in 2030, already standing inside that reality — what do you see?
How do you live, work, feel, and relate?
What is already there in you today?
And what wants your attention now, so that vision can become more real step by step?
