No prior experience needed. Bring your curiosity, your openness.
Find a warm and undisturbed place, where you can sit and lay down comfortably.
Make yourself a cup of tea, light a candle and some incense, if you like.
We start right at 5pm (Lisbon Time) and the meditation goes 45 minutes.
Afterwards, there is time for open sharing.
