No prior experience is needed. Bring your curiosity and your openness.
Find a warm and undisturbed place, where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Make yourself a cup of tea. Light a candle or some incense, if you like.We begin right at 10am CET.
The meditation lasts around 45 minutes.Afterwards, there is time for open sharing.

Access to the online room opens 5 minutes before the start. The session will be guided in English.
It is recommended to use headphones.
