We move from the outside to the inside and arrive — within all that is here, now.

A non-dogmatic, open space.

We work with sensory observation and gentle visualisation.
One hour to deepen the connection to yourself.

  • No prior experience is needed. Bring your curiosity and your openness.

  • Find a warm and undisturbed place, where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
    Make yourself a cup of tea. Light a candle or some incense, if you like.

  • We begin right at 10am CET.
    The meditation lasts around 45 minutes.

  • Afterwards, there is time for open sharing.

This session takes place via Zoom.
Access to the online room opens 5 minutes before the start. The session will be guided in English.
It is recommended to use headphones.
