This reoccurring session serves as an anchor, a moment to reflect your week, to wind down.
One hour to deepen the connection to yourself.
No prior experience is needed. Bring your curiosity and your openness. A journal.
Find a warm and undisturbed place, where you can sit or lie down comfortably.
Make yourself a cup of tea. Light a candle or some incense, if you like.We begin right at 6pm CET.
The meditation lasts around 45 minutes.Afterwards, there is time for open sharing.
